Bikaji originating from, Bikaner, a town in the western state of Rajasthan in India. This Badi is a traditional rajasthani food snack, this cant be consumption directly. Find below receipe to cook Badi curry or Mangodi curry : Boil Bikaji Badi. Heat Cooking Oil and temper cumin seeds along with asafoetida. Add red chilli Powder, Salt, Coriander seeds powder and dried fenugreek leaves in water to make a paste. Add it to oil and make gravy as required. Now add boiled bikaji badi to this gravy and cook for 1-2 mins for a sumptuous badi curry.
